No you are supposed to buy from designer who has setup http://biikparts.com but it is not operational.
So instead I bought a Supernova Airstream.

Maybe Ay-Up could get the mounts made and sell them.

I have SRAM Garmin mount and Ay-ups, Garmin is off centre by the width of the Ay-up mount and Ay-up mount is down low.
No real issue, but it would be great to have a dedicated mount
:)

With them pointed that far down you must be travelling at 5km/h for them to be of any benefit.

Nah, they had just been knocked out of place. I have them aimed about 10m in front of the bike (for the red set), and slightly higher for the silver ones.

Ideal but cannot buy as far as I can see.

There used to be a direct link to purchase from the Shapeways site. Here you go : http://biikparts.com/?product=garmin-ay ... dge-200500

Brissie designer. Ive had one on my main bike for over a year now - is a good thing. Weighs next to nothing.

**edit didnt see the post above** just email him and see what the go is.

Hi ACB: last time I checked with the seller, he said something about breakage and broke 2 Garmins that's why he ceased selling them until he's comfortable with it.

That's a shame Ive never had a problem with mine - in fact it's much more sturdy than OEM Garmin mounts. What he might be talking about is that I did hear from a couple of mates who got them at the same time as me that the 1/4 turn locking mechanism can be a bit loose (and perhaps someone's Garmin fell out) but Ive never found that even on the roughest roads.

I wouldn't mind one of those integrated ayup/garmin stem mounts if they ever become available again now I've ordered my own set of these lights. Daylight savings having finished has forced my hand.

Just use a modded helmet mount and mount it under your bars...
I've run mine like this for years... No issues with any out the front mount...

Bit more discussion of custom mounts for Ay-Up lights in this thread:

I've been playing around on a 3D printer for my own lights and now have a couple of designs up on Shapeways. Most useful is an Ay-Up to GoPro adaptor.
