The place we stay at in Bright has just let me know that they now have some availability for the Alpine Classic weekend in January.
It's comfortable, convenient and has a pool (which is great after riding up Buffalo!)

Thanks for posting. I entered the Alpine Classic a few years ago without knowing the accommodation dilemma. I frantically rang everywhere from November trying to get family accommodation but luckily something turned up in Porpunkah the week before. It was going to be no ride or no family.

I stayed with Des a few years ago - nice bloke and the gardens are very convenient to the action!
