Okay, who's planned their Christmas treat?

Tuco's going to Melbourne and places outside ... so we assume he's going to be miserable :D

I'm bratless tomorrow and part of sunday so ... maybe a nice long ride down the old railway reserve to McLaren Vale, returning home through the hills via Kangarilla on Saturday followed by a hedonistic refusal to leave my bed until after luncheon on Sunday :D

Sunday arvo, I might begin the Europa's conversion to a fixie by pulling off the bits that won't be needed ... I might even get game and try to remove the old freewheel cluster (yes, I'm doing a suicide conversion  - can't afford to do it properly).

Monday - Hell

Tuesday - just me and the lad so maybe a short dash somewhere.

Of course, having planned all this, life will get in the way and none of it will happen

How'd you know?

Leaving xmas day evening and getting back new years day. I couldn't get anyone to work for me after new years day so I have to head home. The rest of the family will stay with relatives in Victoria for another 3 weeks so I'm hoping to make the most of the 3 weeks and drink lots of beer and eat an excessive amount of pizza.
As Richard said make plans and they won't happen so now that won't happen and I'll actually make use of the time to get myself as fit as I can. I hope to ride almost every morning, lift a few weights and do the hill climb (on foot not bike) most nights.

We're having two xmas dinners. One at home on the real xmas day and one with my parents boxing day so I'll need the extra exercise.

Two dinners? You might have to borrow Kev's Heavy Weight Tourer rather than ride the racing bike :D

Going to Melbourne next week to hit the post-Chrissie sales, should be fun! :)

(hey, we girls like shopping, ok?)

That's right . . . I was going to look for clipless shoes and pedal when I was in Victoria. Not that I'm a girl and like shopping, it's more of a necessity.

Apparently it's possible to shop for more than 15 minutes. Hard to believe :!:
