Nothing wrong with chocolate, lamb chops or beer - provided they are taken in moderation. :)

I tried looking this word up in my copy of the Macquarie Dictionary seeing I'm unfamiliar with it, but someone's put a texta line through it. :D

There is a great article in the new Bicycling Australia about foods and Recovery. Gives you a good guide to how much Carb and Protein intake for recovery and post ride fuel.

The combination of very low fat and great taste in kangaroo meat is very handy. Try the 'herb and garlic' kangaroo from supermarkets on the BBQ - quick, easy, cheap and tasty - what more could you want!
Except, possibly, vegetarian?
