You run for 10 minutes in 30 degrees and 90% humidity without a shower at work.

If I had a shower at work then no problem but it's just to hot and humid for most of the year even for 1.83km. The back pack is the main problem area.
OK :) Point taken - it is Townsville, I have lived there and I know what you're saying.

How about a camp shower in the back of the building. :)
What is it with cycling? 30+ kmh and lycra???!!!
