Thanks!
They are actually the DT1700... Pretty good stock wheels IMO and don't feel terribly different to my RS80s. I'm trying to save some coin to put the RS80 C50s on this one now....

Edit: I prefer the spokes on the DT Swiss wheels, as for some reason my RS80s used to get an annoying whistle going when in a crosswind..

Yeah those DT 1700/1800/1900 are bomb proof, I use mine on my commuter. Bearings are cheap too, not that I have needed them. Heavy as lead though

Anyway 2011 Cannondale Supersix 3

So much stiffer around the bottom bracket and in the chain stays than the 2011 Giant Defy Advanced I had. You can really notice the difference when out of the saddle and when accelerating. I thought those claims were always a bit of bunk but no its true
Wohoo... super happy ending to a not so good incident. :)

Finally received Warranty R3 Frame after 4month wait (atleast it's a 2011 frame from my previous 2010).
Although it won't make me ride faster I upgarded to Sram Red Groupy and Fulcrum Zero's (just awaiting tyres). Original F-3's still a great wheel. Shouldn't post here but I will be selling Ultegra 6700 groupset and r3 wheels.

I went from a Trek 4.7 to the Cervelo and although I found the Trek a much softer/smoother ride. I absolutely love the twitchiness and instant drive through to the road the rigid R series Cervelo's provide.

I find that the whistling occurs due to the long valve of the tube(in my case anyway).

Damn that Izalco is hot.

On the other end of the spectrum (to pretty much everything posted in this gallery):

Let's see if dad gets into riding - if he does, will get him a better bike. TBH, for $200 (at the local Big W) it's a pretty solid bike - about 12kgs, Shimano entry level components, took 20-30 mins to assemble everything, the frame finish was decent, looks ok and dad had fun in his first 10 min ride. All other entry level FB road bikes were at least $350 - happy times.

Thanks for the comments on my little baby Izalco guys. I really do love her to bits. At the time of those photos she had done around 3500km inc. heading to Vic for the 3 Peaks. So Focus certainly know how to make bikes look cool and perform. Looking to hopefully add an Izalco Chrono to the stable (already have Focus Variado Road for training) for Tri riding in the near future. Thanks to Wembley Cycles for introducing me to the Focus brand and looking after all my bikes so well.

Also thanks on the photo comments. Hopefully they are nice as being a professional sports photographer I'd hope there'd be some idea in there how to bring the bike out. Hire me to make your bikes look hawt ;) There's seriously some gorgeous bikes out there and I'd love to shoot them. Now to get past this flu to get back out there on the bike.

Yep, so that you can carry enough spares to last for a year of riding without ever needing to replace them.
Also strap a workstand and truing stand to your frame.
