Been trying to get my GF into cycling for months now. It's not looking good at all

Got mine a bike, she rode it maybe a dozen times and now it sits there unloved because she couldn't get over the initial getting her body used to using the muscles involved :(.

Nice OR very nice!

How does it ride with tri-spokes? They look very stiff!

Purchased 2nd hand (2006 Nimble Crosswinds - clydesdale build spec) with a 21mm tubular on the front - makes the bike feel very agile) I was skeptical about the possibility of getting a truly comfortable ride on these as they really are stiff and solid, however but after 170 odd km inc.l a slow hill climb trying to flex them and ensuing rapid decent to hammer some lumpy road surface I'd have to say these are every bit as comfortable as any other wheel I've ridden before (which is a few now). They work aero but to what extent time will tell more......

Gorgeous.
Keep flexing, spinning, rolling, coasting, pushing, pulling, drafting, sprinting, time trialling, touring, climbing, descending, hot dogging, crit-ing, racing, weaving, dodging, dropping, tanking, chasing... but most of all - just keep f'ing riding!

I can understand you being hung up on it, the redline was a nice bike. I had the cross rider, pretty heavy if I remember correctly

LBS manager has ordered a Project One Madone 7-series, turns out his 2011 Project One Madone 6.9 SSL was my size apart from needing the longer seat mast cap. :)

7.1kg ready to ride (without bottles/lights/saddle bag).

52cm. My reach dictates I need about a 52cm frame but I also needed a longer seat mast cap as my legs are out of proportion to my torso (they are longer). BB to saddle height is about 73cm.

My neighbours are now completely convinced I'm "one of those" weird cyclist types now that they've witnessed a bike/basket photography session in the front yard.
