Comedian wrote:This is my new steer. There has been a new stem and some slamming done since - but this is immediately before going into the box before TDU. It's 6.8kg with record, Fulcrum Racing 0, carbon bars, Selle seat, speedplay pedals and blackburn bottle cages.. It's a large frame, so I'm pretty happy with that. It's a revelation to ride after the Defy.

I've always liked scott frames... and with the correct groupset too. Nice

Some quality bikes in this thread. I got a tad bored the other night so I went down the road to get some tail lights wizzing past my bike. Only problem was that unknown to me there was a crash futher along the road which traffic wasn't able to access so it took what seemed like forever for a single car to come past.

Forgive the crappy iPhone pic

All I did was strip everything from my old Reid Falco to this frame (DengFu FM098).
It runs a full Shimano 105 groupset.

Wow! Looks great! Always read of people suggesting to do this to bikes with great group sets that are sold with not so great frames. Did you do it all yourself? If so, congrats!

The picture quality is forgiven, everybody knows that as cameras, iphones make good paperweights.
The composition however...
Right side. Only and always.
Big ring, small sprocket. Rear cage vertical.
Right crank at 3 o'clock.
Sticker free wheels rotated to conceal the valve stems.
Oh yeah, Is that a cadence magnet I see hanging off the LH crankarm? Pretty sure most sensors are designed to run above the stay too.

Try again mate, your new scoot looks too hot to not be photographed to best advantage.

I like the red cage, breaks up the blackness just enough. Maybe something a little sleeker like THESE?

The Rib Cage is a nice looking one. It does need to contrast but if its red it needs to key in with something else red.
Which reminds me I've never posted a pic of my new(ish) Specialized Roubaix which got me to the summit of Baw Baw last weekend
Image
The white cages match teh white stripes running down the seat tube and on the inside of the forks and chainstays as you can see in this pic
