Nope. They're Gipiemme XR-30's on Ultegra hubs with DT spokes. They roll sweeeeeeet, which is why I kept them and sold the Mavic's that came standard on the C5. Paint looks better in real life than on the MS website. Jim
Great review you put up, I agree the black groupset looks the business. I especially liked the research you did with comaparble brands/price, you can start to see what value the oppy is when infront of you like that.

I've noticed that we tend to get a lot of road bicycles and then every now and then we get a smattering of tourers/randonneurs/commuters

Cheers. It is much lighter than I expected too. familyguy wrote:PS. Push your front brake lever QR back across...
Yes. Will do before I test ride. (It will also need pedals and the correct saddle height.)

Masi are definitely doing decals right, at least with the steel models. None of that 'ABCDEFG' Hydro-Fenagled Alu-bendium Technology (TM) stuff. Who actually cares about/reads that anyway?
I guess it hides lousy carbon weave...

Looks nice against the colorbond Classic Cream. You don't happen to know the exact colour of the decal do you? Pantone chart laying around by any chance?

Oh - Also, seems like they forgot to align the red spokes with those very subtle decals.

Gary Fisher Mendota: Since Photo, Upgraded with LX cranks, Thomson Seat post, Conti Gators 28mm-Summer and comfort road riding, I swap to the Conti Travel contact "Pictured"for gravel rail trails, winter. Ken Evans: Thron, SRX 7 speed, Marvic rims, SInce photo-fitted 23mm Conti gators, and Bontrager inform saddle, trying to keep it retro.
