1st ride today and I was very happy with it.
Rode exactly how I had hoped (like a bike).

6.82kg when I weighed it with uncut steerer and Mad Fibers so I will guess somewhere around 7.2kg as pictured.
58cm frame.

Merida Speeder T2. Just the headset and seatpost are standard. I need a front crown cable hanger so I can flip the stem though.

I am facinated by the decals. Sorry if I missed this somewhere else. What do they mean? I know, rabbit, mock of the Flanders Lion... etc. But what does it mean? Pink? The gay, bunny of Brisbane. Talk to me. Killer Rabbit of Caerbannog?

Blue and pink are colours I have used for ages on bikes.
The rabbit/lion was something I thought was fun and an interesting contrast of hunter and prey.
I also see it as being the rabbit off the front of the pack or the lion chasing.
Sort of you can be either (or even both).
There is no right or wrong.

Plus it was just fun.
And of course Lapin means rabbit in French.

Clear as mud?

T-shirts out soon if anyone is interested.

A nice, clean build there.
Are they decals or blasted logo's?
