different leg length solution

My right leg is 30mm shorter than my left and I want to experiment evening out my pedalling by building the right cleat up about 15mm.

Has anyone done this and/or can recommend a shop/product/ or method of creating the wedges of say 5mm thickness?
Also where would I be able to get longer cleat screws?

I suppose you could try some sort of plastic washers between the shoes and the cleats?
