Nice as well.

I'm at 14,840km, so I'm going to need to do one hell of a big ride tomorrow to get 15k for the year. I planned on a big ride today. early. But it rained.
I went out later when it stopped raining and did get part way into it, but shortcut on the way home as it got unexpectedly scorching hot and I was burning up.

Also been putting in some efforts on the trainer now I've got my own one, that's working out pretty well.

I finished the year off this morning with a ripper of a ride up Mount Hotham and back from Bright. The year's totals were 16,688kms with 124k metres of climbing. I'm very happy with that. Next year I won't have the same amount of spare time I think so will set my aim for 15,000 kms the same as this.

I completed the Rapha Festive 500 and ended up with just short of 12,500km for the year and 143,000m elevation. This was a good deal below the 15,000km I targeted at the start of the year but not too fussed since my back issues of last year required fewer kilometres this year.

Huge year g-boaf and some truly staggering numbers here - great year all.
I ended on a personal records of 12378klm and and 109.5k in vert (December had 15k+ of vert - not bad for a clydesdale)
As posted in 2018 thread...Next year is about less is more - hopefully!

Thanks.

It was a pretty good year, ticked off one item from the bucket list. If you'd said I'd go and ride those mountains in Europe last year I'd have said you were insane. But that's done.
hoping next year to do a couple of Haute Route events, and one other project is in my mind.
