Hi there,

I am on the workforce team for the Cadel Evans Great Ocean Road Race, a major cycling event hosted in Victoria http://www.cadelevansgreatoceanroadrace.com.au/.We are currently recruiting for our volunteer army and we have loads of roles available across a range of locations in both Melbourne and Geelong. People can register individually, but we are offering a fundraising incentive to community groups, clubs and organisations who register as a group!

If you have ever wanted to be a part of one of the biggest cycling events in Australia and witness cycling greatness up close, this is the opportunity for you!

Join the team behind delivering the Cadel Evans Great Ocean Road Race and rub shoulders with the world’s most decorated cycling champions!

Between January 25th – January 28th, cyclists, and spectators gather against the backdrop of Victoria’s most spectacular coastal scenery to experience the annual road race.
Being the first of its kind in Australia, the elite cycling event delivers high excitement and intense competition attracting top ranking teams and cyclists from around the world!

We require an army of enthusiastic volunteers to join the crew across the four days of the event and to help drive its success!

We understand that volunteers play a crucial role in making sure we deliver an exceptional event.
As a member of our volunteer crew you’ll:

Receive a t-shirt, cap, and an exclusive gift.
Be provided with food and water.
Play an essential role in the event delivery by assisting with registration, set up / pack down, course marshaling and providing support to riders.
Get in the thick of the action and experience a unique and exciting event.

If you don’t fancy doing it alone, we are offering a fundraising incentive to clubs, social groups, charities, and organisations, giving them an opportunity to come along and support their local community!
