I'd like to join and have a crack at 8,000kms
I see other people's progress bars and would like to have one and use it as motivation.
How does one sign up for it?

Hey, KB, how do I up my target to 10,500? I have done this at Bike Journal. Maybe I need to record a few KMs before it works. Thanks.

I will aim for 6K. Not all that confident as last year was a slack year, life got in the way a little bit... Hopefully this year I will get back on track. Always good to have a goal.kb wrote:Anyone with a Strava or bike journal account - as long as I know you want one. If you already have one it will roll over.

I just joined the group on strava. I don't use bikejournal anymore. Like others, do I need to do anything more to set up a progress bar? Thanks for your efforts KB, greatly appreciated.

How do I include kms already ridden this year? Not many, a little over 50kms, but every little bit helps...

If the 50 kms are on Strava then the progress bar should have picked them up. Have you got your Strava account set to private or are any of the 50kms ridden so far on a private ride?JohnJoyner wrote:One more annoying question...

If they were ridden before you joined Strava then just enter it manually on Strava as a ride, call it something like Pre Strava Ride and put down 50kms as the distance.

I've tried that, but my message seems to just sit in my outbox and not send. And it truly is an awful messaging system.chriso_29er wrote:I just PM'd KB with a link to my Strava account.

KB - if you're out there, can you arrange a progress bar for me for 8,000km. this is my Strava account if you need it: https://www.strava.com/athletes/10842403.
Thanks.

The message has been sent. It shows in your Outbox until it has been read. So that means KB hasn't seen the message yet.RobertL wrote:chriso_29er wrote: I've tried that, but my message seems to just sit in my outbox and not send. And it truly is an awful messaging system.
