Picked the Pionear from it's 6 week service yesterday. Jumped on it something felt strange but did not care jumped on a busy main road(downhill) stood up and pedeled like made to get up full speed. Only problem every stroke i was taking a dive into the shokies. Funny looked down at the lockout button, funny " I thought down was locked". At the entrence to the bikeway home played with it a bit pushed button up, shocks locked, pushed button down shocks engaged and bounced. Oh well locked the shocks did not enjoy all that bouncing and lose of power, took off for home but was puzzled, the shocked had worked in what was locked.
Anyway got home and looked the company that made the shocks and found out why it is called smart lockout. I thought it meant just the fact that they used a button . Smart Lockout will engage the shockie if you hit something hard
I just thought I would say that incase some did not know (aka me)
