following on from my previous few threads me and my bike are now safely back home in Ireland after an incredible trip to your lovely land.

Nowhere near as much riding done as I wanted, due to far too many internal trips where it wasn't practical to take my bike (TigerAir/JetStar) and the horrible weather.

Most notable riding was down around the Mornington Peninsula, in particular where Google sent me up a service road (first pic) NOT the main road to Arthurs Seat... PHEW!

Anyway, a great trip with some great rides all made better with the help offered here, so thanks.

See you again in 2020 :-)

Glad you had fun, but I think you may have brought the weather with you....

Is a lovely 23deg with a light breeze and all-day sunshine at the moment...lol, only joking.

Is 11.7deg, gusty Antarctic winds and I'm not riding in that if I don't have to..

It was a lovely sunny 21 degree day here in Newcastle today. Very light winds too . :)

But yeah we've had some miserable rainy weather in the last month or so.

LOL, everyone kept telling me the weather was unusually poor. Felt like home ;-)

I'm back next in your Autumn 2020, so expecting better weather.

Garmin Connect route took me through a cemetery in England a few years ago. There was a funeral on too. I just sort of rolled by the mourners as I had no idea how to go around. That's Garmin Edge 500 breadcrumb trails for you.

And I got into the top ten for that Strava segment too! :P
Not anymore though. :(
