New pedal-powered Audi A4 Avant

BPO replaced the conventional pedal layout with bicycle pedals and a flywheel connected to a dynamo that sends electrical impulses to the ‘by wire’ throttle. The harder you pedal, the faster you accelerate. So you’re not actually foot powering the car directly, in the manner of the late, great Mr Flintstone, as much as you are generating electricity to drive the throttle.

Perhaps you could have given us some warning it was that miserable old tosser John Cadogan. Closed the window immediately without watching. :roll:

Coz I can't be bothered watching it, and not knowing who Mr Cadogan is, why is he a pillock ?

Apart from the fact that the idea of pedalling an A4 via electrical system is as sensible and the eternal combustion engine .....
