I have a MTB collecting dust because it is almost impossible to find any decent tracks to ride on around here! (Central Coast, NSW)
How can I find them? I know of the Ourbimbah State Forest track, but after others. Is there an online resource?
Trails??

Re: Trails??I'd check your local mtb club website, they'll be the best to advise on where you can and can't ride. They may also run some club rides catered at new riders, much better to have someone show you a trail as its so easy to miss the good stuff if you don't know where your going.
Re: Trails??Topic moved over to NSW, where you're likely to get better local knowledge.

Re: Trails??I enjoy riding the fire trails in the Brisbane Water National Park between Staples Lookout on the Woy Woy - Kariong Road and Patonga. I've been told that there is a good downhill single track from Sommersby Falls to the Mooney Mooney Bridge on the Old Pacific Highway (might need to do a car shuffle).

Re: Trails??Brisbane waters has good riding, from memory you can get onto some fire trail near the lookout above woywoy on woywoy rd. ive been from there all the way to pearl beach off road. nice mixed riding.
Also on the central coast is awaba state forest- havent got there yet but there are custom built mtb trails being built currently. Apparently the Showtime! from those who have. Glenrock is fun, close to Newcs. Kilingworth is very good, just off the freeway good xc loop, as good as ourimbah.
