Hi,
Just a quick question....... being new in Sydney and unfamiliar with much of the roads and environment, can someone tell me if using the bike path through Browns Watering Hole today would be a bad idea? Just a bit concerned that it may be flooded because I remember reading a sign post along the way that the area might be prone to flooding? I need to plan my route home if I can't use that route to get across the M2 to connect to the M2 alternate route so any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
J

Next time you need to cross "Browns Water Hole" while flooded, use the utility (sewerage|gas|water) bridge east of the causeway.
The turn off from north side is the last U bend before the causeway, mainly flat.
From south side it is a track just few meters down past the last U bend, gentle slope.
You might need to walk your bike through the bush, unless you have MTB.
Then just walk across don't look down to avoid vertigo.
