Inconjuntion with the next MWMTB Club XC round (August 19th) and the MWMTB Club XC Championship (September 23rd) we'll be holding 2 cyclo-cross races. They'll hopefully be a fun & casual affair and provide a great spectacle for spectators.
These races will be conducted on the top section of track and will incorporate two sections of non-technical single track, some grass, sand/mud and at least two barrier sections (depending on how nasty the course setter is feeling). It is anticipated that the course will be about 2 to 3 km in lenght and the race duration will be 40 minutes plus 1 lap.
There will be two categories - the Presitige Cyclo-Cross category and the Fat-Cross Category for those that want to give it a go on their mountain bikes.
A few Simple rules for the Cyclo-cross Category bikes;
1. Drop bars compulsory
2. Tyres - width no more than a nominal 42mm
3. disc brakes will be permitted
Entry
$10 (+ MTBA Day licence if required). If you also raced in the XC in the morning entry will be reduced to $5
Prizes
The winner of each class will receive an appropriate Beglian beverage,

Just curious, does the Australian Cycling Federation license cover it?
If the R-1 rule is broken, what happens to N+1?
