Just finished a ride to Ettalong & back... SENSATIONAL!
Chatty - Hornsby - Ettalong (stop for lunch) Ferry to Palmy & then ride home.
All up 140kms (will have to do West head on the way back & Akuna & crack the imperial ton) (AT) 25.8km/h (the other guys were slowing me up)... A MUST do for anyone - it was an incredibly georgous day & a really really nice ride

A big +1 to that ride and any I've done up the old highway. Beautiful part of the world and especially on a bike .

Nah. Just ride back as well and crack the double century . (BTW climbing out of the central coast is harder than any climb on the way there ).

If you're keen on doing the ride again, I am def keen to join. Lets not get the Ferry though and ride back!!!
If you can't explain it simply, then you don't understand it well enough.

Nate,
You wouldn't happen to have the route would you, via garmin maybe ? I suspect you went via brooklyn bridge.

I did a similar ride a couple of years ago. It is a really scenic ride with the added bonus of a boat ride across to Palm Beach. black4tress, I mapped the route with the garmin. Below is the link, which I think is simliar to the route Nate took. http://connect.garmin.com/activity/18358101
