Hello all

Can anyone recommend a good hill for hill repeats in the Blacktown/hills district?

I have a friend from the area who would like to train with some hill repeats but doesn't know of any decent quiet streets to perform repeats.

Any advise you could provide would be greatly appreciated

Cheers

oaks road at winston hills.
steep but very short - good for sprint intervals.
can be run as a loop too, approx 10min/lap
:)

In the Hills
Glenhaven rd - long with some steep bits
Old Castle Hill rd - short with realllllly steep bits
these can be combined to make a nice little loop

Castlewood Drive/Darcey Rd Castle Hill, which is a fairly quiet 3km loop with 2 steep and one gradual climb (depends which direction you go).

If you have the legs you could keep doing lap after lap.
