Hi all,
I'm wondering for my o

wn curiosity as much as anything. Does someone out there have one of those elevation things (I think it's from a Gamin?) of the entire length of the M7 cycleway they could upload?
Thanks,
Joe

That's exactly what I was after. Thanks
Re: M7 Cycleway Elevationfor such a seemingly flat road, that elevation is surprisingly up and down.

Re: M7 Cycleway Elevation
Yeah, it's got approx 600 or so Metres of ups and downs, good workout, you get as much out of it as you put into it, nice and safe, and friendly people ride it, love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Re: M7 Cycleway ElevationThat makes it look a lot worse than it is. The only real hill is at Elizabeth Dr all the others that are above 3-4% can be powered up using anaerobic. (less than 2mins)
Re: M7 Cycleway Elevation
That's thanks to the road cutting through the hills, whereas the cycleway doesn't. 2011 Giant Defy 1
