Vultures circling abandoned bike at Chatswood library

Hi all

There's a rather lovely bike chained up outside the library at Chatswood on the concourse level. It looks like a home build as there are no manufacurers marks as far a I can see. It also has a very elegant red/black/white livery.

Last night as I was picking up my bike at around 22h30, 2 blokes were inspecting the bike, and wanted to know if it was mine. Apparently it has been chained up for the last week. The 2 guys were looking VERY interested...

So, suggest the owner, or someone who knows the bike and/or owner tries to retrieve said bike soonish.
