I now have feeling back in my fingers! The bike needs a big cleanup. The rain wasn't so bad - just lots of standing water.

Actually, it wasn't as bad as the forecast warnings suggested. I managed a 3 hour riderogan wrote:At risk of sounding like Beavis and Butthead... This Sucks!
between 9 am and 12 today to Olympic Park, with not a spot of rain. Even had
a little sunshine. Roads and paths were seriously wet for most of the ride, but I
didn't get wet. Not surprisingly, cyclist were pretty scarce - didn't see anyone else
til around 11:30 when sun had come out.
Hoping tomorrow will be even better

It's looking okay at the moment - I can see a bit of sun to the west, but a lot of cloud too. Might be possible to go for A ride tonight actually.

It's who dares wins. You have to smite mother nature. Show her you're ready to take the worst she can deal out. Anything left in her locker makes you the winnerg-boaf wrote: Oh go away! way to rub salt in the wounds.

Bit it is perfectly dry while I'm at work - absolutely evil weather. It's forcing me to get my cycling fix through other ways, namely indoor - which I hate.
