Sydney weather this morning!!!

Nice ride in this morning - started in hazy fog and ended up in full sun - almost made Monday morning at work OK.

Can't wait for the ride home this afternoon. Might have to leave on time for once and go the long way home. (I need the extra kms for the commuter challenge)

I hear you- first frost for the year. Very cold but glad I did it.
Feeling a little flat but hoping to turn it up to swimming this afternoon and burn some calories getting there and also when I get there in the pool (chasing kids). Might have to take Mrs Westab on tomorrow morning on the Wii with one of her exercise games see if that helps get me going in the morning - it might even be fun. (even if I get my backside kicked again.)

Good ride in this morning. The road was wet a slippery in spots but no rain.
Started in overcast but closer to Blacktown ther was some fog. It was refreshing to ride this morning and after a wet weekend with no riding the legs felt OK.

It'll be worse tomorrow if the forecasts are to be believed. Not as much rain though.

I did a ride from parramatta through homebush and back at lunch time today and the south westerly on the way back was shocking. Good training though

The ride into the city this morning was wonderful. Fortunately, my afternoon meeting was cancelled, so I buggered off home at lunch time and just managed to make it in the gate when the rain started to fall. Sydney weather has become like Melbourne's used to be!

Rhodes to Blacktown was easy, only caught 4 strong gusts which moved the bike. Some light rain, the only drama was the puddles left behind from earlier. HARDEN UP LADIES AND GET OUT THERE

Not too bad at all last night - only light rain and the wind while strong was not too bad as it was reasonably constant.

The ride in this morning was good only a few min. of rain - but then I realised that I left my locker key at home.
