Adams Park at the playground equipment. Lets say 7am we'll begin. Free parking is available in a big carpark right by start, or you can take the train to Canley Vale station right by there as well.

I'll do my best to come along, my schedule is being dictated by my new little friend Alfie, but I need to get some exercise at some point. I'm building up a new frame this week so will hopefully have it ready for a test run.

Of course there is. The path at Lake Gillawarna is tight and bumpy though.

Now that makes 8 people?
Myself
My Bro
Andy
Paul
Bruce
Rheicel
Isabella
Recumbenteer

And a 9th if Josh can make it.

Beautiful day 'till we got caught by rain at M7.

Thanks again Bruce for the free navigation to the meeting point this morning :D

How bad was the rain? It sprinkled a little bit when I got home, but the clouds cleared up again.

It was a trouble free ride until the end. Minh must have blown his front tyre or something, and stacked it hard. Stitches on chin, and dunno about wrist that he fell on. Good thing we had Paul to drive him home. Hopefully its all good.

Til next time.

Ohhh poor Minh! I hope he's ok and recovers quickly...

Rheical and I got a little wet but not too bad at all. It was great to have someone to ride with almost the whole way home.

Got home and realized I'd clocked 99km for the day.... So I rode round the block till it clicked over to 100km :-) all in all, a great ride and a lovely day. Thanks guys :-)

Yep, was always good to have someone to talk to on M7 (Bike path seems endless if you are alone). 100km weekend ride is not too bad at all!
