This is passing so close to home that I think I have to join in. I'll be on the Cooks River path at the foot of Croydon Avenue a bit after 6.30. I'll probably head off at Tempe on the way back to join up with the Slowies crew.

It's a magnetic attraction, John. :)

Looks like a 6:04 Hornsby --> Strathfield (AT) 6:27. Personally organised for me by Gladys, of course. :P

This one's a doddle, I think, Minh. Flat as...
Well, no, it's not a pushbike, otherwise I'd be pushing it...

haha yep had a look at your route in detail, not too strenuous

Quang and I will be waiting at the point you're entering the Cooks River path which according to your route will be at Maria St at around 6:40am so you will bump into us (hopefully not literally) there

Yep, we'll all agglomerate eventually. Just realised I don't have some peoples' mobile numbers in my phone. I'll come with the latest roll call, at least.

6:30 is early enough for me. So, for the Strathfield Station rendezvous, that little round park, Albert Ave, as earlier alluded to.
The Boulevarde's pretty wide. Maybe onto the residents' side road of Coronation then, western side; should get us almost there.

I added your number, rheicel. Better to PM those. You may want to edit out now.

Great photo, bakabill. It's getting to be good sized open-ended occasional ride group; and yes, new friendly faces.. nice to meet you guys. 8) For those having a break, have an enjoyable one. And Quang, if you go up into the mountains in Taiwan, lots of photos, please. :)

That's a cool pano Will, looking at it in a bigger size.

Nice heading down the LePerouse way again. I hope everyone enjoys their breaks over the next few weeks.

Saw you guys on the Cooks River Cycleway today near the end of my usual Sat morning ride. I've always wanted to join one of the retro rides but could never make it fit in the schedule.

Had a chance to stop and have a quick chat with recumbenteer, isabella and ?frailers. Wish I could have stuck around to meet the rest of the group.

I ride a black shogun team issue (~1990). If anyone else rides the cooks cycleway in the early hours of the morning, I'm always looking for a riding partner

I was wondering who you were. You passed myself and 4 others a bit earlier on the path before you spotted the Green rocket and the other half of the group.
