Come in 1822

Postby gorilla monsoon » Mon Mar 11, 2013 12:56 pm

Riding Loop the Lake yesterday I was passed by a low-flying roadie on the PSP along Five Islands Road at around 7.30am. The pass move was made at the second bridge near the Teralba turn-off and the guy hit the concrete edge so hard his blinkie tail light actually flipped out of its anchor point. I called-out but the wind in his ears at Warp 3 must have been too loud because he rode on and there was no way I was going to catch him.
So I have the light and if your ride number was 1822 you can have it back. All you have to do is tell me what type of light it is. (I do know it is very durable because it landed pretty hard but just kept on flashing).
Also, I was on hand at the Morisset coffee and muffin stop when someone lost a mini-pump. There were way too many riders though and after asking a few of the new arrivals if the pump was theirs and getting negative responses I handed it in to the mobile workshop from Breakaway Cycles (Morisset's leading bike shop :D ) so there's your starting point if you headed home from Loop the Lake with one mini-pump less than you arrived with.

No responses in over 24 hours so I guess I own that sucker of a light now.
