Riders around Crows Nest

Postby jasonblewis » Tue Apr 02, 2013 4:07 pm

Hi,

I've been commuting to work 2-3 times a week on my bike for the last two months or so. I'd like to try riding with a group to improve my fitness. My commute is about 13 kms each way.

Anyone around the Crows Nest area care to go for a ride sometime?

Try and join up with a club around the area. They'll have several different length and speed rides, and if you are doing 26kms on hilly roads 3 times a week, you'll already be good enough for at least the slower rides.

I do hill repeats at Taronga Zoo Tuesdays and Thursdays most weeks. You are welcome to tag along if you so desire. Its a good way to build fitness and will stand you in good stead when you join a road group ride. PM me if its of interest
