Nice bling Sandy, it suits you  But is that in the granny gear?
Granny gear, big gear? No gear at all actually, still to get it round to LBS to get a cassette fitted

Just to keep Greg happy. Hope it's a big enough gear. I've ridden it 200 metres so it must be finished now. If only it would stop raining. Bah.

Weighed in at 7.6kg as is on LBS scales. PM reckoned the wheels looked unused by the condition of the braking surfaces so was happy to hear that rather than him say " who sold you these wrecks". All up still under $3K so cannot complain at that. Whilst I obviously hope to avoid any more racing 'incidents' at least it's not the sort of level of investment that would cause a Scotsman palpitations

Last chance for a TNFPR run for about six weeks so unless it's actually raining I'll be out there. Wet bike night I think but tempted to try out the new toys

Hoping to get there and have a shrapnel free run this time.

On a side note my wife thinks it very funny that I bear a striking resemblance to this guy...

For the record I had the side levers long before TDF :)

Thanks too Don. It was a good 80kms ride for me. A good change from the trainer LOL! Boy that was a cold one.
