We are out most thursdays leaving tway anywhere between 6 and 6.30pm, if you head towards the tway around that time you should bump into someone.

good fun as always, paceline was a bit dodgy at times (had to hit the anchors a couple of times, i think i made Lou mess his pants up behind me one of the times ) but otherwise the pain train was in full swing.
I smashed through a pasta size bowl of icecream when i got home, it went down very nicely
