Smoke was nothing, the wind almost pushed me over on the ride to the start... can't believe no one was out tonight. Roadies outnumbered by flatbars. The SHAME of it.

I've got a cold -took Monday off work and back yesterday. left work late and to be honest, thought today was Tuesday. as for riding, forgot about it.

The wind would have been good for some segments.

I don't believe G-boaf is a real person, has anyone actually met him :?: :?:

"I'm sticking closer to home until I know my injuries are settled and won't flare up again. I'll just do some repeats of the local track. Next week I will be there"

"I'm again out tonight. Right knee still painful. I didn't rest up for long enough"

"I was thinking of going down to Prestons then riding the way back with you guys.
Edit - looks like it is going to rain here"

"Sore right knee - but maybe if it settles down. The weather looks nice too.
Edit - knee too sore, time for Glucosamine and maybe a physio trip. Hurts to walk."

"I'm out - sick again"

"It's clear at the moment and sunshine. However I will be out as I have to pick up my other bike from the shop after a Di2 software upgrade. I'll be too late"

LOL in fairness to G-B, it's easier for him to meet at Prestons and return home; but Coops and I might have unduly punished on the north run to Eliz. He's quicker through the Holroyd trenches than I'd be brave enough for though

Need to stay home tonight I think... not really taking Daddy Daycare seriously enough :P

It's Tuesday and the weather has calmed right down out here. Any passengers for the pain train?

There are some old people with the same surname as me taking me out for dinner, cya next week.

2 weeks til racing for me! Improved my shabby Parra park lap pb on the weekend so I must be getting slightly faster. I'll be out on the m7 tomorrow night.

Bad luck, hope you're OK. Did you make it to the appointment? I won't say anything about the dangers of putting bikes in cars.... :D

Nor will I be so heartless as to ask if the bike is OK...

But seriously take it easy and get better.

How did it happen Leigh?

By the way - if anyone else is on the way to Prestons, I'm here at the moment. Bit lonely.
