Hi All,
For a change of scenery, I'm going to ride to Sydney Olympic Park on Friday morning and was wondering if someone could tell me what is the most popular training circut. A strava link is probably the easiest but any format will do.
Thanks.

Thanks george for your quick reply.
A whole 26 meters of climbing over 5k, perfect for the bigger units

This is the one I see the cool kids doing these days http://www.strava.com/segments/5474587
Also 5km long and you won't find a lot of elevation here either (a little more I think more due to the rise past the swimming centre).

well I'll give both a couple of goes - the one with the better time will be my favourite - the best times for each are within 4 seconds of each other.
Also kudos to MJ, I think that's the closest I've ever seen the QOM to the KOM.

Hi Bevo,
a bit late on this one but wednesday and fridays LACC run some casual laps on the route that milar suggested which give the group riding itch a good scratch.. avg around the 30kph mark 6am start roll for an hour
its great to feel the burn with a bunch of other riders
