Not a strange bike... except that it us a cargo bike with drop bars which you don't see every day.

It's homemade from an old road bike. He can take the cargo part off and stick a normal front wheel back in to ride around like a normal road bike. But of course the dog can't go with him if he does that. His mission is to show people that you don't need a car to cart stuff around.
