Thanks Andrew, I missed that.
I'm rather at the rAger printing anything even vaguely positive about bikes.

Not much help when nobody maintains what paths have been built. The Western Ring Path is in a shocking state from Forrest St right through to Furlong Rd, I shoulda been on Princess.

I assume that Princess is your MTB?

I suspect from what I have seen and from others comments that the issue of maintenance of paths is a common concern all over the place. Bit like roads I guess but with less vocal support.
