Best Routes in St Kilda, Prahran, Richmond

Hey I'm commuting from St kilda to Richmond and want to know if anyone has got a good route ie. minimal traffic and traffic lights, etc.

This is my route so far: (ignore the blue line when crossing queens rd and the yarra river - google maps gets confused with pedestrian/cycle bridges)

I think there is an overpass that gets you from stkilda to prahran just off wellington st,
