I am a member of the MBTC. Here is a plug for our upcoming annual public ride event:

Need a change of scenery for a day ride? Try one of three rides at the MAD Ride (Melbourne Autumn Daytour) starting from Woodend, Victoria on Sunday, 6 April. Enjoy the clean air of the Macedon Ranges or the trails of the Wombat Forest.

Awesome! I love that ride! Been on it the past two years with some friends and its never failed to amaze me how many people turn up! The Mountain bike course is awesome (bar that huge hill near the end).
