Does a bike trail exist from Swan Street Bridge (from Tennis Centre side) to Jim Stynes Bridge?
If so, can you highlight this path for me?

As far as I'm aware, I don't think so.
I ride that route quite often and I just take the below route -
Boathouse Dr > Southgate / Crown Promenade (along the river) > cross Clarendon St > ride along the Exhibition Centre and cross the bridge just before South Wharf DFO.
Bit of a pain when there's a lot of people walking, but fine at nighttime (bar Friday-Saturday night).

There is actually. Follow the path along the Yarra. Cross Queensbridge at Banana Alley. Cross King at the aquarium. Cross Spencer at tram stop, follow waterfront at front of WTC.
