CBD Speed reduction proposal

Got a flyer yesterday about it.
BCC is encouraging feedback about the proposal to lower the speed limit in the CBD to 40 for all streets except turbot street, Ann street, upper albert (and edward) and north quay west of Tank street. (these will remain 60k/hr)

have your say BEFORE Friday January 16!

plus maybe i think you should also say that 40ks should be apply to ALL streets in the CBD - but that's up to you.
