Ipswich to brisbane

Just wondering if anyone has ever commuted from Ipswich-Brisbane / if there are any safe routes during peak-hour. Its a decent commute (38km) or so... I'm moving down there in a few months and wondering if its possible =)

Peak hour is not fun, Wacol Station Rd Wilruna St and Brisbane Tce are the defacto alternative when there are jams on the Ipswich Motorway. Old Ipswich Rd gets you past Riverview. Beware, not all roads shown on Google Maps actually exist, check with the satellite view.
