Qld Govt incident/hazard reporting forms

Postby HighwayChild » Thu Jun 25, 2009 2:01 pm

I was just reading the cycling road rules on the www.transport.qld.gov.au website, and came across these two forms for reporting hazards and incidents. Has anyone used these and were you happy with how it was handled? I'm just curious because, if it's worth the trouble I'll carry a few around in the bottom of the panniers in case.
