Hey Guys,
I am looking for a group to cycle with\train with on Thursday mornings.
My routine involves:
Running with a coach on Tuesday mornings
Commute to work on Wednesday morning and home that night
Training ride on the way to work on Thursday morning, commut home
Running with a coach on Friday morning.
Working with the coach for running is showing huge improvements.
Cycling with a group WAS showing improvements but I can no longer train with those guys.
I like to try and hit 70km-ish before work on Thursdays but by myself I am under 30km per hour and have trouble finishing (I believe mostly from lack of motivation as I used to really enjoy it). When riding with a group - I was maintaining an avg over 30km\hr even though I was not in a pelaton (I was with the other riders but most often trailing behind.
So does anyone know a group that might suit?
