Best Bike path / Road circuit

How about, if no one has done it already, starting a thread of the best predominately cycle path circuit around Brisbane, north or south.

I like to get out and about and find new scenery but like to keep off the roads as much as I can if I am on my own. When in a group, its OK as the myopic motorist can actually make out that there is someone there.
Anyway, I currently get a good run from Alderley to Nundah along the cycle path that follows the creek. Then past the criterion and out to Nudgee Beach turning off through the wetlands and out to Redcliff. I like this run as I can stretch it out to 100k’s and spend little time on the roads and the ones I do go on, there always seems to be a lot of other cyclists.

Does anyone know of other similar distance rides with minimal main road use?

you can make the run out to the southside, down along the centenary highway... good path but it ends in the middle of nowhere.... there's also the loop past UQ, kinda short though.

for road routes, head up mt nebo or out to dayboro, not too much traffic really

theres heaps of bike paths around the city that follow the river, great place to ride awesome scenery

i was gonna suggest the ride to ipswich - sounds scary but it's not too bad...

from mt coot-tha follow the centenary highway to middle park, turn right and head to wacol station road. then that becomes brisbane road. then before you know it yr at redbank.
