decided to ride home on Sandgate Rd rather than the wetlands. it's cooler going faster....nevertheless, every traffic light I stopped at reminded me of the need to drink a tallie when I got home, in which I am now ensconced, along with my neighbor.....

Very thick fog on the Southside early this morning, might as well have been raining.

I think it may have killed my garmin 610, appears to be some moisture under the touch screen and it won't register any touches :(

IF, you did see a Hahn in my hand, it would only be because the rednecks that are in charge of the beer they stock at a particular venue, are unaware of what is good, and what is bad in the way of beer! Sometimes when you're 'drier than a dead dingo's donga', you have to take the best of a bad bunch!

The Bearded Dragon have Sparkling AND Pale on tap mate. That's all I would have been partaking of.
Back on topic.... this current Qld weather that we're having is now going to cause me to visit the fridge to rehydrate. Guess what colour the label will be stef.

Chuck it in a ziplock bag with some rice and hope the moisture gets absorbed.

4 years on from the disastrous South-east Queensland floods and the weather is fungating and disgusting.
The temperature is 26 degrees celsius and the humidity is dreadful at ten o'clock at night. :?

The humidity was still very unpleasant at 2am while i was at work. Got my outside jobs done in record time so i could get back into the air conditioning!

When I turned my Garmin on at 5am this morning (in my shed) the temp showed 30C. Humidity was in the stupidly high range. A great start to a 100km ride ;-)

But after 8am it became horrible. :(
