Lisa, at least you miss out on magpie season.

Luke, do you always cart 4 bottles up to the Coot-tha cafe and taps, with free tap water? ... or are they part of your power training thang.

I got the start of it, it felt like they were out early this year.

Luke was probably doing a strength training session...he needs the extra bidons on the bike because there ain't much of him!

Oh lord. I actually ate 1 1/2 pizzas and half a loaf of garlic bread from Dominos today hahaha. Topped it off later in the day with a few bourbon and cokes and a great hotdog in the Valley this evening. And yet... well look at me :P

The photo taken at Jollys lookout with the extra bottles and additional tools was from my failed planned trip to Somerset and back on Friday but the added weight started to take its toll just before the descent of the back of Glorious (Was a real dog of a bike with the extra added weight). When empty they also acted as a storage bottle for my extra snickers bars that I had in the jersey pockets :P

Might have to pump out a 150km ride tomorrow if I can be bothered :P

The diet of those in their 20's, enjoy it before it comes back to bite you in the butt...and it will in one form or another

Yes I'm of that age where I'm making up for a mis-spent youth...speaking of my diet and exercise choices, or lack of

Even this cow agrees.

That cow has horns, so it might be a bull.
I think it did not like the colour of your jersey, and was getting ready to charge ?

Bull then :P I was making my way to the river that you can see behind wearing my Orica Green Edge jersey. All the others were sitting around/eating grass/eating tree branches and that one kept looking at me every time the wheels made the loud clicking sound before going back to eating grass :P

You've got your bike choices mixed up Luke.

No remember. Road bikes are for the road. MTB's are for the dirt. :D

Looks like the dream run of riding weather is coming to an end for a few days at least. :o

Showers and storms to Thursday and then just showers until the forecasts stop. I suspect it might be mostly the commuters that get hit here.

That might explain the constant punctures I keep around Bunyaville. Thanks for the tip!

So much for these morning storms! There were plenty of peletons along the Corso this morning, so either the fairweather riders are getting braver or no-one is paying attention to these "expert" forecasts ;)
