BDO Mt Cootha Challenge Map 80k

Postby ValleyForge » Mon Mar 14, 2011 11:25 pm

The BQ map is rubbish, so for those of you with GPS here is a link to the map:

Bikely: http://www.bikely.com/maps/bike-path/BDO-Challenge-2011

Bike Route Toaster (for Garmin downloads): http://bikeroutetoaster.com/Course.aspx?course=216277

I've not added in turn-by-turn instructions, just the major water stops.

Oh and if I've made a mistake; apologies in advance.

Hmm, there's a great big straight line between Ipswich Rd and Herston.. is that the Clem 7/ICB?

One of the best things about bicycle commuting is that it can mitigate the displeasure of having to go to work. - BikeSnobNYC

Yeah - I cannot get OSM or Google to correctly plot the CLEM7. It hangs every time on the elevation data. So I compromised and did a straightish line. 6-7% gradient coming out of the CLEM7 though.
