Hello to everyone!
New to this forum so I thought I might ask if anyone in the Pac Pines/Oxenford area do morning rides at all?
I am re-starting cycling after a long time away from it. Have been doing some lunch time rides when at work, roughly 18-20kms, for the last few weeks and have been really enjoying it. However I wouldn't mind going to for a ride early to get the heart started for the day.
But it's better motivation when you travel in a group
My ride isn't that sleak. It's a road bike I bought in 1997 which I have started giving a bit more TLC but it's holding together. Has an old set of SIS gear on it but gets the blood pumping which is the best part about it.
So if anyone is in this area, or have something already setup, would love to hear about it.

Thanks Waza.. will hang off for a bit...it's the weekends I can't ride at the moment due to children in sports...etc
Might have to continue with only riding during my lunch break at work. I need to get a tail light so I can go early in the mornings... next on my purchase list.
Manage at the moment to get 3 days in a week at about 18Km at a time.
Picking up my trip computer tomorrow (Cateye V3) so I can finally get my cadence right and see if my heart is pumping!
