I am off to Redcliffe from Parkinson on Saturday Morning - 4.30 am start (about 150ks - 5.5 hours - coffee at redcliffe) - Sunday probably just a river loop (90ks)

Schurms, I'll be doing that in reverse with river loop Saturday and red cliff Sunday ... Lol
A bit restricted Saturday as I start work at 10am and need to get home by 9 at the latest to get ready .... If you happen to do the other way around sometime for sure I'd tag along. Seems a reasonable pace (bit slower than Sunday anyway)
Have fun and if anyone is interested for a Sunday red cliff run I'll be joining the cycleogical group in the city ... See u there if you can make it

Bit of a lower week for me so far only 470km. Will be looking at doing Mt Gravatt lookout on Saturday afternoon as I will not be able to get out on Sunday for a ride up Tamborine.

I live in Forest Lake and would be interested in joining in the future. At the moment I only average about 26km/h for a 30k ride so I'll wait a bit till I get up to your levels.

Whats the course you guys do ?

Hey Sean,

Where are you starting from to get to Mt Cootha?

I commute to work from Forest Lake and it pretty easy to get to Cootha.

Are you planning to just get to Cootha or climb the hill as well?

If you go on a Sat morning it's easy, just follow the line of cyclists heading up Sylvan Rd Toowong

If you can do 7-8 repeats on Mt G you'll be fine on Mt C, no worries! I can make it up the front way, with a stop...coming down is fun, fun, makes the climb worth it
