You should find a few groups departing Little Grey St at Southbank around 5:30-6:00am. Turn up and ask which group will suit your pace, there are at least three different paced rides.

hey i ended up at milton (park rd)around 5.45am and meet some great people, next time i get a saturday off i will have to go again...

im not local, not sure with the areas and recently got into road biking, where do you reckon i can get a nice ride?

if you are near bulimba there is a ride every wednesday that starts outside woolies at 5:30pm and does a 40km ride to wynnum and back.
